Review of how much amount of protein we need

Review of How Much amount of protein We Need

Disclaimer. Before receiving any book or product that includes your health, consult a doctor. Everyone is different and therefore there is no guide of any type that works for everyone.

That said, all the books out there on protein requirements, I think you will find that this is the most honest and complete. There are a lot of BS and misinformation on the Internet and we must be very careful with what we hear.

This author essentially blows that "you needs tons of protein for muscle" myth right out of the water. And considering that many foods that are high in protein are also high in fat, this is a good thing.

Brad Pilon, author of this book, is a former suplement developer and research scientist. In other words, he's not a hack. He knows what he's talking about. Yes, you will find some of these things are controversial and different from what you've been taught. That's why I say, consult a physician first.

The book is full of actual case studies that are documented. There is one that shows that you can actually burn less fat, eat more protein. If you think about this, given what I said about many high protein foods that contain high levels of fat, makes sense. Also, take a look at people living on Burger King Whoppers and how much they weigh. Maybe there's something on it.

There are tons of facts in this book and the author covers a lot of ground. There is no way that I can do justice to this book with a thorough review, as it would read for a week ... the review. So instead, why not go to the site and see what Brad covers. Not much, so take your time going over it.

The bottom line is this ... You never think of protein needs in the same way again.
